Thanks for considering our family-owned and operated business to serve your swimming pool maintenance needs. We will care for your pool as if it were ours.

Here we will describe what our service will do for you. To better service your pool, our residential route in your area is limited geographically in size and serviced by the same pool technician each week.  We are proud to service Arizona's East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, and more.

What we do weekly:

Our weekly service includes the following: skimming, brushing, vacuuming and backwashing the filter as necessary. Testing the water for chemical levels and adding the appropriate amount of chemicals. Checking and emptying the baskets in the pump, skimmer, leaf catcher and in-line canister. Although we cannot be responsible for the water level, we do check it. We also check the pool equipment and pool vacuum cleaner for operation and leaks. You will be promptly called or contacted with any problems we find.

We leave a drop off slip at each visit and note the amount of chemicals added and any other necessary information. At the end of each month a bill detailing our services will be mailed to you.

Other services performed periodically:

Three times a year, in February, June and October, we lubricate the backwash valves and pump lid o-rings. Every 6 to 8 weeks we backwash DE filters and replenish with the manufacturer’s recommended amount of DE. We service most DE and cartridge filters twice a year as recommended by the manufacturer, usually near the beginning of the pool season in May and again at the end in November. The service fee is more or less $100, varying by filter. Servicing DE and cartridge filters entails disassembling the filter, thoroughly cleaning the grids or cartridges, inspecting them for damage, reassembling the filter.

Repairs & Improvements:

Any repair work or improvement you need or want such as repairing or replacing your water leveler, pump, filter, etc. or replastering your pool, chlorine washing, bead blasting, redecking, etc., we are able either to do the work ourselves or we work with someone specializing in that particular work.
